We have a 14-day refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, you must reach out to us within 14 days and state the reason for a refund. For item defects, we might require you to send pictures that include your receipt in the picture. We only accept reasons such as the item was defective, damaged, contained the wrong information, or was sent to you incorrectly.
To start a return, you can visit the contact us page on the home page. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a message when your refund has been processed.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve inspected your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If you are ever unsure of a product, please reach out to us with questions or check out the reviews on the products! We know mistakes can happen so if your order has not shipped, please contact us to cancel the order.
